That’s the spirit I’ve carried with me through every shift since I first stepped into the hospitality industry in 2003 at 15 years old as a host at Applebee’s.
Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work in luxury steakhouses, serve elevated sushi, and learn alongside some of the city’s most talented bar and hospitality teams. Each experience taught me great hospitality is about far more than food and drinks - it’s about how you make people feel.
From the nightclub to the backyard, the Cloud Crafted culture is about creating experiences where every detail is meaningful, every guest feels cherished, and everyone leaves a little better than when they got here.
